Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
* We offer FREE shipping within Canada on orders over $100.
* Flat rate shipping fee of $15 anywhere in Canada. We offer local YYC pick up in the Signal Hill area of Calgary. Local pick-up time between 8.30am-9pm daily, unless otherwise stated. You will receive an email within 24 hours after checkout with local pick up details/address.
* We also have an express option at checkout. If you need an order rushed through, please don't hesitate to contact us via email. We will try us best to met your needs.
We aim to process all orders within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Please note, there maybe delays in shipping your order during the holidays (Mid November to end of December) - shipment updates will be available on the top banner of our website and on our social media platforms.
International Shipping
We now ship to USA.
USA shipping cost:
Orders $75 CAD and below there is a fixed shipping rate of $25 CAD. For orders over $75 there is a fixed rate of $30 CAD.
RETURNS
We have a 14 days return policy on all purchases. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
