Products and packaging
Why are your products in glass bottles not plastic?
Essential oils, herbs and flower essences are all offering a vibrational level of healing to us once they have been extracted. We can maintain their vitality by storing them in dark coloured glass bottles. This ensures that they don't suffer from UV damage. Glass does not absorb scent while plastic does. Luna Rose Remedies uses blue cobalt bottles for all aromatherapy blends to ensure freshness, vitality and scent is maintained for as long as possible.
What are essential oils?
Essential oils are potent liquids that form as part of the internal structure of aromatic plants. These liquids offer great benefits to the plant, offering healing when the plant becomes damaged, UV protect and manages the metabolism, to name a few. Essential oils offer similar benefits to the human body, promoting the ability to heal as well as offering balance to the mind and soul.
How will your products help me?
Each product offers holistic healing using two organic sources from the earth; essential oils (plants) & crystals (earth) which helps to bring the body, mind and spirit back into harmony.
How do I know which product I need?
What we need varies over time and seasons in our lives. Sometimes it will feel clear what we need, such as uplifting, energizing or calming. When choosing a product I invite you to ask yourself 'what am I needing right now' or 'how can I support my mind and body' during this situation/time in my life. This will allow your intuition to guide rather than the ego mind.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes. We use Kraft biodegradable boxes to post your packages and biodegradable peanuts inside.

Do you offer custom blending?

Can I hire you to conduct a workshop?
Absolutely. Conducting workshops is one of our favourite things to do. We are incredibly passionate about educating people on the wonderful healing gifts from Mother Nature. Please check out our Workshop & Events offerings here. Please note, we are based in Calgary.
Essential oil safety
Can I use your products on my pets?
We do not recommend using any Luna Rose Remedies products on animals. Please keep all products out of reach of your pets.
Can I use your products on my children?
We do not recommend using any Luna Rose Remedies products on any child under the age of 5 years old unless otherwise specified. If you have any questions with regards to Aromatherapy, essential oils and children, please feel free to contact us.
Shipping and Returns
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Various postage options are available at checkout and we aim to process orders within 2-4 business days. Please note custom blends can take us a little longer to formulate and may take 4-5 business days to process.
What is your returns policy?
We have a 14 days return policy on all purchases. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Non returnable items:
How long will it take for returns to be processed?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We aim to process all refunds within 5 business days from the date we receive the return.
What if my products arrives damaged?
Please use the contact us form and we will send a replacement out to you.
Can I return a sale item?
Only regular priced items may be eligible for refund.
