Essential Oils


Essential oils are potent liquids that form as part of the internal structure of an aromatic plant, herb, leave, tree or bark.

These liquids are made up of many chemical components which can have a soothing, relaxing, rejuvenating and grounding effect on the human body. Essential oils are natural plant remedies of the land which offer wonderful benefits for the mind, body and soul.

Peppermint 

A rejuvenating, energizing and invigorating essential oil. Great to use for soothing headaches, digestive issues and sore muscles, revives depleted energy and increases concentration. It has a minty aroma with clean, sweet top notes. 

Eucalyptus 

A cleansing and purifying essential oil. The main chemical components found in this oil is eucalyptol and alpha-terpineol which makes it a great remedy for soothing the respiratory system, helping the relieve symptoms associated with cold, cough and flu. Eucalyptus is antibacterial, antiseptic and antiviral.  

Lavender

A relaxing and calming essential oil. When in doubt, use Lavender - it really is such a versatile oil and great for pretty much anything from healing skin abrasions and burns to uplifting mood. It has a sweet, floral smell and blends well with most oils. 

Sweet Orange

A wonderful uplifting and calming oil. Sweet Orange has a gentle citrus aromathat works wonders on improving mood and relieving symptoms associated with anxiety and depression. Blends well with other citrus oils, as well as Frankincense, Pine and Cedarwood. 

Cedarwood

A gentle grounding essential oil. Cedarwood, like most of the tree oils present a gentle and stable energy. It is great to use to calm the mind, relax the body and unwind. Cedarwood is also a respiratory aid and acts as a decongestant, making it another wonderful oil to use to help relieve cold and flu symptoms.
