per 100ml of water

For diffusing:

2 drops of Sweet Orange

2 drops of Grapefruit

per 100ml of water

For topical use: 

10 drops of Lavender

5 drops of Sweet Orange

3 drops of Neroli

per 30ml of lotion, carrier oil or body cream.
